These are great for the long stretches at night. I’ve tried other ones but these are the only ones that don’t leak.

I leak a lot of milk and the waterproof layer so that milk doesn't leak onto my bra is key. I wear a size 34C/34D and the 4inch size was perfect. The contoured shape makes it so that they are not noticeable when you are wearing them, even with tight clothing. There is one seam from the center of the pad to the edge, but if rotated so it's on the bottom, you can't tell. I have washed them in the washer and dried them in the dryer and it hasn't compromised the quality at all. Very practical and has eliminated my frustration of leaking through all my clothes. Would buy again!

Easy to wash, very comfortable, actually kept me from leaking through my shirt. Work super good as a little puke cloth if you are in a pinch!

I love these so much better than the disposable ones! Sometimes when I’m having a very leaky day, I stick a disposable one in this one for double duty! They are so comfortable. Your nipples do not show through also which is a big bonus! They are not itchy and I recommend getting a neutral color so in case it shows through your shirt. I bought two packs of these because I go through them quickly. I would go through about four per day: two during the day and two at night.
